1st Yama, 2nd Niyama, & there are – 5 – of each. These come before everything, & then there’s posture, comportment, & composure, ie: ASANA. Come for 5 classes on Sundays at 11am @ www.riverwestyogashala.com – 731 E Locust In Milwaukee, WI – to tie all this together & further unite w/ life. This is 5 1.5 hour classes: 10/14, 10/28, 11/11, 11/18, & 11/25. 11am-12:30 at Riverwest Yogashala. The intention is to create a thread of Yama & Niyama to guide US & Compose US more & more so really can live more happily and truly die majestically.
